- 具有屬靈領袖的品格，有牧養和教導的恩賜，帶領門徒生命建造，注重團隊合作
- 對探訪關懷和福音外展有負擔，有神學裝備和訓練。 有北美華人教會牧會經驗，對北美華人面對的挑戰有了解，能用國語講道，並較充分地用英語溝通
Position 2 open: Youth Pastor
Requirements:
- Evident Divine Calling: Possess a clear personal testimony demonstrating a calling to serve God.
- Youth & Young Adult Ministry Leadership: Exhibit a strong burden and commitment to take responsibility for shepherding youth and young adults.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in oral and written English; ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
- North American Experience: Minimum of five years of experience studying or living in North America.
- Theological Foundation: Completion of a basic conservative evangelical doctrinal training
